Title: Project Manager/Project Engineer – Heavy Civil Construction

We are partnering with a renowned heavy civil construction company in Florida, recognized for over a century of excellence in highway construction, site development, paving, drainage systems, and bridge building.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer to lead multimillion-dollar projects ($5M–$100M). If you excel in managing large-scale civil projects and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity!
What You'll Do:
- Oversee construction operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Lead negotiations with clients and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participate in the estimating process to align project goals and budgets.
What They’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience managing large design-build heavy civil/highway projects.
